And iHorse Club™ offers something new too – fiction blogs “written by” three girls who live, sleep and breathe horses. These interactive stories are what set International Horse Club™ apart, giving fans the chance to talk to their favorite characters and influence the storyline!
International Horse Club™ was founded by Patty Caruso and DK Raymer, who met in 2006 while working for Archie Comics. Patty and DK share a commitment to produce wholesome entertainment kids will love and parents can trust. The duo was responsible for creating the very successful fiction blogs for iconic characters, Betty & Veronica, Archie, Reggie and Jughead.
Now, they have partnered again to create International Horse Club™ for a new generation of young horse lovers.

Patty Caruso
Patty spent the last 10 years as Archie Comics’ website developer, manager and blog moderator. She had the daunting task of ensuring the site’s young users had a safe and fun experience while visiting their website and blogs. She became so popular with fans, that she was affectionately known as The FB, or Fairy Blogmother.
Patty has an extensive background in education and website management. She loves to learn and to teach. She lives with her family in South Carolina, enjoys the outdoors and has many interests, including kayaking and fiber arts.
DK Raymer
DK is a writer with a background in marketing. She specializes in fiction for women of all ages. In December 2006, she was asked to be the online voice of Archie Comics’ iconic characters, Betty & Veronica. Those blogs were greeted by fans with such enthusiasm that she eventually penned blogs for Archie, Reggie and Jughead, too. DK created multiple plot lines and kept the interactive story running strong for more than a year and a half.
DK lives in Southwest Missouri with her husband, who is a writer, too. They share their home with 2 dogs, (who don’t write, but are very good listeners.)
Aaron Caruso
Every organization has one person who works behind the scenes doing everything. At iHorseClub™ that person is Aaron. He is responsible for all our fun activities - contests, games, artwork – the list is long and grows every day. Basically, if it’s fun, Aaron did it! He also wears the hats of staff photographer, contest judge and researcher.
Aaron worked for Archie Comics for 10 years as a website contributor and digital colorer. Aaron is multi-talented and we’re thrilled to have him on the team.
Caron Wilson
Caron is our non-fiction contributor here at iHorseClub™. Her background is in animal science, and she's had a life-long love of all things 'horsey', having raised, trained and shown many breeds, as well as donkeys and mules. She owns and operates Freehaven Farm, a breeding and training facility in upstate SC where she hosts educational farm tours.
Caron enjoys sharing her love of animals by helping people better understand the animal's 'language'. Look for her column, Whickers and Tidbits!
